Terms & Condition

1. General

By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Gloss Skin Boutique reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

• Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• If you are late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing other clients.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment price.
• No-shows may be charged the full treatment price.

3. Payments

• We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments.
• Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
• All sales of treatments and products are final. Packages and prepaid services are non-refundable but may be transferable subject to management approval.

4. Health and Safety

• Please inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy before booking or undergoing any treatment.
• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for you.
• Results of treatments may vary based on individual skin conditions and other factors. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.

5. Liability

• Gloss Skin Boutique, its employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising out of the use of our services or products, except where required by Singapore law.
• You agree to follow aftercare instructions provided for any treatments.

6. Personal Belongings

• Please take care of your personal belongings. Gloss Skin Boutique is not responsible for loss or damage to any items brought onto the premises.

7. Privacy

• We respect your privacy. Personal information collected will be used only for booking, providing services, marketing (if you consent), and as required by law.
• We do not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except as needed to provide services or comply with legal obligations.
